How it works

1. Donate control of Bloodcrazed Hoplite to an opponent.
2. Put a +1/+1 counter on Bloodcrazed Hoplite either by proliferating or by any other method.
3. Bloodcrazed Hoplite triggers, targeting any creature controlled by you or another opponent.
4. When the opponent commits that crime, Patrolling Peacemaker triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a +1/+1 counter on Bloodcrazed Hoplite.
5. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious loop turns a donated attacker into a self-sustaining engine of statecraft. By using Zedruu the Greathearted to give away Bloodcrazed Hoplite, you set up a situation where its triggered ability forces you to target an opponent's creature (or permanent) to remove a counter. Because that target belongs to an opponent, it counts as committing a crime, which instantly triggers Patrolling Peacemaker's static-watching ability to proliferate. That proliferation adds a fresh +1/+1 counter back onto Bloodcrazed Hoplite, restarting the entire cycle and generating infinite triggers for any other permanents you want to grow.
