How it works

2. Echo Storm triggers, copying it for each time you've cast from the command zone this game, with each copy targeting Biovisionary.
3. Resolve all Echo Storms, creating that make copies of Biovisionary.
4. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers.
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game.
