How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Council of the Absolute.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Transplant Theorist triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Transplant Theorist trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

This crafty little loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by leveraging Council of the Absolute to entirely eliminate its casting cost. With the top free to cast, every entry triggers Transplant Theorist to filter your hand through endless looting while you simply tap the top in response to draw a card and slide it right back onto your library. Because the Theorist lets you draw the top back out and discard away surplus cards, you can repeat this cycle indefinitely to sculpt your hand, rack up massive storm counts, and churn through your entire deck.
