How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Stenn.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Transplant Theorist triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Transplant Theorist trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

This ingenious loop relies on Stenn, Paranoid Partisan reducing the cost of artifacts to zero, allowing you to cast Sensei's Divining Top for free over and over again. Each time the Top enters the battlefield, Transplant Theorist triggers its loot ability, letting you cycle through your deck while filtering your hand. Instead of letting that trigger resolve normally, you tap the Top in response to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, ensuring the Transplant Theorist trigger hits the Top in your library so you can draw it right back out and discard something else.
