How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 1
2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Transplant Theorist triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
5. Resolve the Transplant Theorist trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
6. Repeat

This clever loop centers around repeatedly casting and redrawing Sensei's Divining Top, taking full advantage of the mana generated whenever you cast a spell. Each time you cast the artifact, The Vision and Scarlet Witch provides the red mana needed to recast it while growing larger with +1/+1 counters. Meanwhile, Transplant Theorist acts as the critical engine piece that turns the artifact's entry into a loot effect, allowing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top right back off the top of your library without needing to pay its tap ability's destination cost.
