How it works

1. Activate Steelswarm Operator's second ability by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities of artifacts.
2. Activate Memnarch by paying 1, causing Pemmin's Aura to become an artifact.
3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Steelswarm Operator.
4. Activate Steelswarm Operator's second ability by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities of artifacts.
5. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Steelswarm Operator into a specialized mana engine by leveraging the persistent enchantment-altering power of Memnarch. Because Memnarch can turn any permanent into an artifact, it naturally transforms the attached Pemmin's Aura into a valid target for those restrictions, allowing the blue mana generated by Steelswarm Operator to feed directly back into Pemmin's Aura's untap ability. Once the engine is online, you can repeat this tapping and untapping cycle to generate infinite blue mana strictly reserved for casting artifact spells and activating artifact abilities.
