How it works

1. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Emmara.
3. Emmara triggers, creating a creature token.
4. Resolve the Earthcraft ability, untapping a basic Island.
5. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Emmara.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the simple act of tapping and untapping into an endless parade of soldiers and mana. It all centers around Emmara, Soul of the Accord, whose ability rewards you with a 1/1 white Soldier creature token with lifelink every time she becomes tapped. Earthcraft facilitates this by letting you tap Emmara to untap a basic land instead of waiting to attack or use an ordinary tap ability, while Freed from the Real steps in with its activated ability to untap Emmara using the blue mana generated by that very same land. By cycling the blue mana through Freed from the Real and Earthcraft, you can endlessly tap and untap Emmara to flood the board with infinite tokens while generating infinite mana from your basic lands.
