How it works

1. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Servant of Tymaret, untapping the Island.
3. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Servant of Tymaret.
4. Servant of Tymaret triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain that much life.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple basic land into an engine of continuous drain by weaving together a clever loop of tapping and untapping. With Freed from the Real enchanting Servant of Tymaret, you can pay blue mana to untap the servant, which in turn triggers its inspired ability to drain your opponents and pad your own life total. To keep the mana flowing, Earthcraft lets you tap that very same Servant of Tymaret to untap your Island, seamlessly feeding the blue mana right back into the enchantment.
