How it works

1. Activate a basic land, adding 1.
2. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying 1 and sacrificing Butcher Ghoul.
3. Butcher Ghoul's undying ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve Ghave's ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on any creature you control besides Butcher Ghoul.
5. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Butcher Ghoul, untapping a basic land.
6. Activate a basic land, adding 1.
7. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from Butcher Ghoul, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
8. Activate Earthcraft by tapping a Saproling creature token, untapping a basic land.
9. Repeat.
