How it works

1. Activate Sliver Queen by paying 2, creating two creature tokens due to Quina.
2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping a creature token, untapping a basic land
3. Activate the land by tapping it, adding 1.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 one additional time.
5. Repeat from step 1.

This loop hinges on a wonderfully efficient exchange of mana and tokens between Sliver Queen and Earthcraft, supercharged by Quina, Qu Gourmet's replacement effect. Every time you pay for Sliver Queen, Quina steps in to double your bounty, turning a single activation into both a Sliver token and an extra Frog token. You can then tap those freshly minted tokens to Earthcraft, untapping your basic land to immediately generate the mana needed to keep the cycle going. Because Quina ensures you always net more creatures than you spend in mana, this engine spins out of control into an infinite loop of creature entries and a massive army of tapped tokens.
