How it works
- Cast Shimmering Wings by paying .
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Overlord of the Hauntwoods.
- When Overlord of the Hauntwoods enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, creating two tapped Everywhere land tokens.
- When the Everywhere land tokens enter the battlefield, Tiller Engine triggers, untapping them.
- Resolve the Shimmering Wings spell.
- Activate the two Everywhere tokens by tapping them, adding .
- Activate Shimmering Wings by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
This loop transforms a humble Aura into an engine of boundless creation by putting Yarok, the Desecrated and Tiller Engine to work. Whenever you cast Shimmering Wings, Displacer Kitten blinks Overlord of the Hauntwoods, whose entry is doubled by Yarok to spawn pairs of Everywheres. Those Everywhere tokens enter tapped, but Tiller Engine immediately untaps them so they can tap for the blue mana needed to bounce Shimmering Wings back to your hand with its own ability.
