How it works

  1. Cast Whip Silk by paying G mana.
  2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Overlord of the Hauntwoods.
  3. When Overlord of the Hauntwoods enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, creating two tapped Everywhere land tokens.
  4. When the Everywhere land tokens enter the battlefield, Tiller Engine triggers, untapping them.
  5. Resolve the Whip Silk spell.
  6. Activate the two Everywhere tokens by tapping them, adding G manaG mana.
  7. Activate Whip Silk by paying G mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  8. Repeat.

By casting Whip Silk, you trigger Displacer Kitten to repeatedly blink Overlord of the Hauntwoods, which is doubled by Yarok, the Desecrated to flood the board with Everywhere land tokens. Tiller Engine steps in to immediately untap those newly entered lands so they can be tapped for green mana, funding the {G} activation cost to return Whip Silk to your hand. Because Whip Silk is a noncreature spell, looping it endlessly resets the entire chain, generating boundless landfall triggers, storm count, and enter-the-battlefield effects.
