How it works
Activate any number of other lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
Activate Lithatog's second ability by sacrificing a land other than Port of Karfell, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
Repeat step 2 until you control no other lands except Port of Karfell.
Activate Port of Karfell's second ability by paying 3, tapping and sacrificing it, causing you to mill four cards and return Lumra from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
Lumra enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
Lumra's enter-the-battlefield ability triggers, causing you to mill four cards and return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When the lands enter the battlefield, Tiller Engine triggers that many times, untapping the lands.
Repeat.
This ingenious loop centers around the cyclical resurrection of Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, whose enter-the-battlefield ability floods the battlefield with every land currently resting in your graveyard. By utilizing Lithatog to clear away your lands, you send Lumra straight to the graveyard where it can be fished back out via Port of Karfell's activated ability—sacrificing the Port in the process to mill four cards and cheat Lumra back into play tapped. The magic truly scales out of control thanks to Tiller Engine, whose triggered ability instantly untaps all those newly returned lands so they are primed and ready to be tapped for mana or sacrificed all over again.
