How it works

1. Cause a creature to enter the battlefield under your control.
2. Warstorm Surge triggers, dealing damage to an opponent equal to the creature's power.
3. War Elemental's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
4. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
5. When the Servo enters the battlefield, Warstorm Surge triggers.
6. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Servo, adding 1.
7. Resolve the Warstorm Surge trigger, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
8. Repeat from step 3.

This dazzling loop turns the simple act of dealing damage into a self-sustaining engine of growth and destruction. Once you prime the sequence, Warstorm Surge detonates whenever a creature enters the battlefield, feeding damage straight into War Elemental to swell its power and trigger Animation Module's counter-creation ability. That generated Servo token immediately triggers Warstorm Surge anew, and by sacrificing it to Phyrexian Altar right before that damage resolves, you recoup the exact mana needed to pay Animation Module's tribute and keep the cycle spinning forever.
