How it works
Activate Osgir by paying 5, tapping it and exiling Ugin's Nexus from your graveyard, creating four token copies of Ugin's Nexus.
Put three of the Ugin's Nexus tokens into exile due to the legend rule and their replacement effects, causing you to take three extra turns after this one.
Activate Karn's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, choosing to do nothing.
Move to your next extra turn.
Repeat from step 3 one additional time.
Activate Karn's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, returning Ugin's Nexus from exile to your hand.
Activate Aeromoeba by discarding Ugin's Nexus.
Move to your last extra turn.
Repeat.
This loop achieves infinite turns by repeatedly multiplying and recycling Ugin's Nexus to trigger its replacement effect, securing all the time you need to dominate the game. Osgir, the Reconstructor makes this possible by exiling Ugin's Nexus from your graveyard to mass-produce token copies, a process wonderfully amplified by Elspeth, Storm Slayer's static ability doubling all tokens created under your control. While the legend rule immediately forces you to sacrifice the extra copies (exiling them and queuing up extra turns), Karn, the Great Creator can later use its minus ability to fish Ugin's Nexus right back out of exile into your hand. Finally, Aeromoeba provides the necessary discard outlet to put Ugin's Nexus safely back into the graveyard, ready for Osgir, the Reconstructor to start the cycle all over again.
