How it works

1. Cast the artifact by paying 0.
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Golgari Rot Farm.
3. Resolve the artifact spell.
4. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Golgari Rot Farm.
5. When Golgari Rot Farm dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Golgari Rot Farm from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When Golgari Rot Farm enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
7. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability
8. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the battlefield into a recursive engine by leveraging Toph, the First Metalbender, whose static ability cleverly transforms your nontoken artifacts into lands. This allows Golgari Rot Farm to interact with those artifacts as legitimate bounce targets upon entry, while Goblin Bombardment provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to send your animated lands straight to the graveyard. Because those lands are actually earthbent creatures returning when they die, Toph, Hardheaded Teacher can instantly recycle them back to the battlefield—or let you trade away cards from your hand for instant and sorcery recursion.
