How it works

1. Activate Enduring Scalelord by tapping it, creating a token copy of itself with haste.
2. Put a +1/+1 counter on either Enduring Scalelord.
3. The Enduring Scalelord who didn't have the counter put on it triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
4. Repeat step 3.

This brilliant loop begins when you use Splinter Twin to enchant Enduring Scalelord, granting it the ability to tap out a copy of itself. Because of Enduring Scalelord's reflexive triggered ability, placing a +1/+1 counter on either the original or the token triggers the other to receive a counter in an endless upward spiral. This reciprocal growth allows you to build infinitely large creatures on the spot, creating a massive hasty token alongside your original dragon to overwhelm your opponents in a single combat step.
