How it works

1. Declare Delina and Lightning Runner as attackers, triggering them each twice.
2. Resolve a Delina trigger, creating at least one token copy of Electrostatic Pummeler that enters the battlefield tapped and attacking.
3. When the Electrostatic Pummeler token(s) enter the battlefield, they trigger, causing you to get at least EEE.
4. Repeat from step 2 for the remaining Delina trigger.
5. Resolve the Lightning Runner triggers, causing you to get EEEE and pay eight E to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
6. At the end of your combat phase, each creature token created by Delina triggers, exiling themselves.
7. Repeat each combat phase.
8. Once you have infinite E, you may target any other creature(s) you control.

This explosive combo creates an endless loop of extra combats by leveraging Wulfgar of Icewind Dale, whose passive ability doubles any attack-triggered ability of a permanent you control. When you declare Delina, Wild Mage and Lightning Runner as attackers alongside Wulfgar, both of their attack triggers fire twice instead of once. Delina's doubled triggers roll the d20 to churn out an army of token copies, including copies of Electrostatic Pummeler that enter the battlefield attacking and immediately pile up energy counters with its entry ability. You then use Lightning Runner's attack-generated energy to pay its eight-energy cost, which untaps all your creatures and grants an additional combat phase so you can repeat the onslaught over and over again.
