How it works

1. Activate Thought Lash by exiling the top card of your library.
2. Repeat step 1 until you either exile your library or have Beacon of Immortality on top of your library.
3. Resolve all Thought Lash abilities.
4. Cast Beacon of Immortality either from your hand by paying 5 or from the top of your library by paying 6 life, doubling your life total and shuffling it into your library.
5. If Beacon of Immortality is not on top of your library, repeat from step 1. Otherwise, repeat step 4.

This clever life-doubling loop relies on Thought Lash's ability to manipulate your library on demand by exiling cards to prevent damage, allowing you to dig straight down to Beacon of Immortality. Once that card is neatly positioned on top, Gwenom, Remorseless lets you cast it directly from your library by paying life equal to its mana value instead of its actual mana cost. When Beacon of Immortality resolves, it doubles your life total and shuffles itself back into the library, providing more than enough life buffer to sustain Gwenom, Remorseless's alternative casting cost and repeat the process indefinitely.
