How it works

1. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by discarding your hand and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on the top-deck manipulation of Experimental Frenzy, which lets you cast Lion's Eye Diamond right off the top of your library for free. Each time you cast the artifact, Showdown of the Skalds triggers its second and third lore chapters to feed a +1/+1 counter straight onto Arcbound Reclaimer. You can then immediately sacrifice Lion's Eye Diamond for three mana—discarding whatever you might have drawn—and use the Reclaimer's activated ability, fueled by the newly placed +1/+1 counter, to tuck the Diamond right back onto the top of your library. Repeating this process creates an endless engine of colored mana, artifact triggers, and storm count.
