How it works

1. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by discarding your hand and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Showdown of the Skalds’s second and third lore chapters to continuously fuel Arcbound Reclaimer with the +1/+1 counters it needs to function. With The Reality Chip attached to a creature granting you the ability to play cards from the top of your library, you can repeatedly cast Lion's Eye Diamond for free. Sacrificing Lion's Eye Diamond for mana triggers Showdown of the Skalds to replenish Arcbound Reclaimer's counter, which in turn places the sacrificed artifact right back on top of your library to be cast all over again.
