How it works

1. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by discarding your hand and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a discarded artifact into a perpetual mana and storm engine by exploiting top-deck casting permissions. With Mm'menon, the Right Hand surveying your library, you are able to cast Lion's Eye Diamond directly from the top of your library after sacrificing it for mana. Whenever you cast that spell, the chapters of Showdown of the Skalds trigger to supply a fresh +1/+1 counter right back onto Arcbound Reclaimer. The Reclaimer then uses that very counter to recycle Lion's Eye Diamond from the graveyard straight to the top of your library, ready to be cast all over again.
