How it works

1. Cast Tormod's Crypt either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Tormod's Crypt by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Tormod's Crypt from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine by repeatedly casting and recycling Tormod's Crypt right off the top of your library. Madame Web, Clairvoyant provides the crucial top-deck visibility and the ability to cast that zero-mana artifact directly from the top, while Showdown of the Skalds ensures that every time you cast it, you replenish the counter Arcbound Reclaimer needs to send the Crypt right back to where it started. By continually sacrificing the Crypt and using the Reclaimer's counter manipulation to retrieve it, you generate infinite artifact triggers and storm count without ever running out of resources.
