How it works
- Cast Hollow One either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying at most 1, causing it to enter the battlefield as a copy of Blood Pet due to Infinite Reflection.
- Activate Hollow One by sacrificing it, adding .
- If you cast Hollow One from your graveyard, Hollow One is not exiled by Abandoned Sarcophagus due to Infinite Reflection removing Hollow One's cycling ability.
- Repeat.
- If you have discarded three or more cards this turn, this combo nets infinite black mana.
This clever loop turns the massive, modular mana-reduction of Hollow One into a renewable resource, provided you have already fueled its cost by discarding three or more cards this turn. Because Infinite Reflection transforms every other nontoken creature you control into a copy of the enchanted creature, casting Hollow One causes it to enter the battlefield as an exact copy of Blood Pet. This means your discounted artifact creature immediately inherits Blood Pet's ability to sacrifice itself for black mana, letting you cash it in at will. Meanwhile, Abandoned Sarcophagus serves as your engine's anchor, allowing you to continually recast Hollow One straight out of your graveyard while its newly copied identity cleverly dodges the Sarcophagus's exile clause.
