How it works

1. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond by paying 0.
2. Lion's Eye Diamond enters the battlefield as a copy of Cavalier of Dawn.
3. Copy of Cavalier of Dawn enter-the-battlefield ability triggers, destroying itself and creating you a 3/3 Golem token.
4. Copy of Cavalier of Dawn dies, triggering itself, returning Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms your mana sources into an endless cycle of creation and destruction, beginning with Infinite Reflection establishing the copied template. Thanks to March of the Machines turning noncreature artifacts into artifact creatures, casting Lion's Eye Diamond causes it to enter the battlefield as an exact copy of Cavalier of Dawn. The resulting creature triggers its own enter-the-battlefield ability to destroy itself and leave behind a 3/3 Golem token, which immediately triggers its death ability to return Lion's Eye Diamond right back to your hand.
