How it works
- Cast Flourishing Fox either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield as a copy of the creature with Infinite Reflection attached.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Flourishing Fox, adding .
- If you cast Flourishing Fox from your graveyard, Flourishing Fox is not exiled by Abandoned Sarcophagus due to Infinite Reflection removing Flourishing Fox's cycling ability.
- Repeat.
This ingenious loop starts by enchanting a creature with Infinite Reflection, which ensures that any future nontoken creatures you control—including a recast Flourishing Fox—enter the battlefield as an exact copy of that enchanted creature, successfully stripping away their original text boxes and cycling abilities. Because the newly copied Flourishing Fox no longer has a cycling ability, Abandoned Sarcophagus's replacement effect will completely ignore it when it hits the graveyard, allowing you to repeatedly cast it from your graveyard for just {W}. Each time you do, you simply sacrifice the creature to Phyrexian Altar to generate the white mana needed to recast it, fueling an endless chain of sacrifices and enters-the-battlefield triggers.
