How it works

3. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing your commander.
4. Choose to have your commander returned to the command zone from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to your commander's power.
6. Resolve the trigger from step 2, returning your commander from the command zone to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 2.
