How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Dreamstone Hedron by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Dreamstone Hedron.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This loop achieves infinite colorless and blue mana by cycling specific permanents in and out of exile with Ghostly Flicker. Dreamstone Hedron provides the raw mana generation, while Mystic Sanctuary acts as the engine's anchor, using its landfall-style trigger to rescue Ghostly Flicker right back to the top of your library each cycle. Finally, Madame Web, Clairvoyant ties the whole operation together from the command zone or battlefield, letting you cast Ghostly Flicker straight off the top of your library without ever needing to draw it into your hand.
