This clever loop turns Kor Skyfisher into a self-sustaining engine by taking full advantage of Delney, Streetwise Lookout's static ability, which causes low-power creature triggers to double. Because Kor Skyfisher has a power of 2 or less, its entry trigger fires twice, letting you use the first instance to bounce Mox Amber for free mana and the second to return the Skyfisher itself back to your hand. You can then endlessly replay Mox Amber and recast Kor Skyfisher, generating an infinite storm count and endless enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers. While Rakdos, Lord of Riots isn't required to execute the bounce loop itself, its massive cost reduction for creature spells makes this kind of artifact-and-creature setup uniquely explosive the moment an opponent loses life.
