How it works

1. Cast Airbender's Reversal by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target(s).
2. Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying its mana cost reduced by Rakdos.
3. When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Airbender's Reversal targeting Lutri.
4. Resolve Airbender's Reversal, airbending Lutri.
5. Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying 0 due to Rakdos.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop relies on the cost-reduction engine of Rakdos, Lord of Riots to completely offset the casting fees of Lutri, the Spellchaser once opponents have lost enough life. When you cast Airbender's Reversal and copy it with Lutri's entry trigger to exile Lutri itself, the airbend mechanic allows you to recast the otter companion from exile for a mere two mana—a cost that Rakdos reduces all the way to zero. Because Lutri triggers every single time it enters the battlefield, you can endlessly repeat this cycle to generate an infinite storm count, endless magecraft triggers, and a continuous stream of creature entries and leaves-the-battlefield events.
