How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Archangel of Thune triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Distinguished Conjurer triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This delightful loop begins the moment you trigger any initial lifegain, setting Archangel of Thune into motion to spread +1/+1 counters across your entire board. That sudden influx of counters causes Herd Baloth to spring into action, spawning a 4/4 green Beast token every single time. As that fresh token enters the battlefield, Distinguished Conjurer spots the new arrival and promptly hands you 1 life. That gained life immediately feeds back into Archangel of Thune to restart the whole cycle, while Distinguished Conjurer's activated ability stands ready in the wings if you ever need to manually restart the engine by blinking a piece.
