How it works

  1. Gain life.
  2. Archangel of Thune triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
  3. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token and an artifact token.
  4. When the artifact token enters the battlefield, Arbaaz Mir triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop transforms any initial burst of lifegain into a self-sustaining engine of growth and destruction, perfectly orchestrated by Archangel of Thune. Whenever you gain life, the Angel's static lifelink and triggered ability pump every creature you control, which immediately startles Scurry Oak into spawning a Squirrel token and adding fuel to the fire. Because Peregrin Took is watching, that token generation is upgraded to include an extra Food token, ensuring you have plenty of artifacts entering the battlefield to trigger Arbaaz Mir's damage and lifegain—which in turn restarts the entire cycle from the top. With this cascade of triggers humming along, you can effortlessly generate infinite life, infinite +1/+1 counters, a limitless army of tokens, and even draw your entire deck by sacrificing those extra Foods.
