How it works

3. Cacophodon and Rite of Passage trigger.
4. Resolve the Rite of Passage trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
5. Resolve the Cacophodon trigger, untapping the permanent that can produce .
6. Repeat.
