- Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Haywire Mite.
- When Haywire Mite dies, it and Mortuary triggers.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Haywire Mite from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
- Resolve the Haywire Mite trigger, causing you to gain 2 life
- Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
- Cast Haywire Mite from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Gwenom.
- Repeat.
This clever loop transforms a humble bug into an engine of endless growth and survival. By feeding Haywire Mite to Bartolomé del Presidio, you trigger Mortuary to neatly recycle the Mite back onto the top of your library instead of letting it rest in peace. Meanwhile, Gwenom, Remorseless lets you peer past the veil and recast that very same Haywire Mite directly from your library, paying life instead of mana which is effortlessly offset by the life you gain from the Mite's own death trigger.
