How it works
- Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping five creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
- Declare Luxurious Locomotive and Fear of Missing Out as attackers, triggering their abilities.
- Resolve the Luxurious Locomotive trigger, creating at least five Treasure tokens.
- Resolve the Fear of Missing Out trigger, untapping Luxurious Locomotive and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
- Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Fear of Missing Out.
- Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
- Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying 2 and sacrificing two Treasures, returning Fear of Missing Out from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Fear of Missing Out enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to rummage.
- Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.
