How it works

  1. Activate at least four Elves other than Thranduil by tapping them, adding at least four in any combination of G mana and/or U mana.
  2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Thranduil.
  3. When Thranduil dies, Nim Deathmantle and Faces of the Past trigger.
  4. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay 4 to return Thranduil from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  5. Resolve the Faces of the Past trigger, untapping all Elves and Nobles.
  6. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
  7. Repeat.
