How it works

1. Create a creature token that is a Human and/or Shaman, and/or has changeling.
2. Activate Ghired by tapping it, creating a copy of the creature token.
3. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the creature token created in step 2.
4. When the creature token dies, Faces of the Past triggers, untapping all creatures that share a creature type with it.
5. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious engine relies on Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds granting your non-token creatures a tap ability to duplicate a token that entered the battlefield this turn, provided your initial token shares the right creature types. When you feed that copy into Bartolomé del Presidio's sacrifice ability to grow his power with a +1/+1 counter, the dying token immediately triggers Faces of the Past. Because that death untaps all creatures sharing a creature type with the casualty, Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds is freed right back up to tap and repeat the entire loop infinitely.
