How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing another creature.
2. When the creature dies, Bishop of Wings' second ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
3. When the Spirit token enters the battlefield as an Angel due to Conspiracy, Bishop of Wings' first ability triggers, causing you to gain 4 life.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns a humble clergy and a vampire into a self-sustaining engine, entirely dependent on secret identity manipulation. By having Conspiracy name "Angel," every creature token you generate instantly adopts that creature type upon entering the battlefield. This sudden transformation allows Bishop of Wings to recognize the incoming Spirit tokens as divine entities, rewarding your life total each time they arrive. Then, when Bartolomé del Presidio demands a sacrifice, the Bishop catches the falling token and replaces it with a fresh Spirit, ready to repeat the entire cycle and grow your vampire infinitely.
