How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Tatterkite
2. When Tatterkite dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its static effect.
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around the flip-card Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight, whose back face grants your other nontoken creatures persist to bring them back from the grave. When you sacrifice Tatterkite to Bartolomé del Presidio, Tatterkite's persist trigger normally tries to put a -1/-1 counter on it, but Tatterkite's static ability prevents counters from ever being placed on it. This means Tatterkite returns to the battlefield completely clean and ready to be sacrificed over and over again to Bartolomé del Presidio, endlessly growing Bartolomé del Presidio with +1/+1 counters while generating an infinite storm of sacrifices, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
