How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Glint-Sleeve Artisan.
2. When Glint-Sleeve Artisan dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Glint-Sleeve Artisan enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop hinges on Isilu, Carrier of Twilight—the night-facing side of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn—granting your nontoken creatures persist to create a continuous cycle of resurrection. When you feed Glint-Sleeve Artisan to Bartolomé del Presidio, it hits the graveyard and immediately returns thanks to that persist ability, armed with a -1/-1 counter. Fortunately, Glint-Sleeve Artisan's fabricate trigger lets it immediately place a +1/+1 counter upon re-entry, which conveniently neutralizes the -1/-1 counter via state-based actions so the creature can persist all over again. By repeatedly sacrificing the artisan to Bartolomé del Presidio, you generate an infinite stream of enter-the-battlefield, leave-the-battlefield, death, and sacrifice triggers while growing Bartolomé del Presidio to astronomical proportions.
