How it works

1. Donate Blightbeetle to an opponent
2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the undying creature.
3. When the undying creature dies, its undying ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it due to Blightbeetle.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies on slipping a hostile gift across the battlefield, using Bilbo, Luckwearer // Burglar's Plot to permanently exchange control of Blightbeetle so your opponent is saddled with its static ability. With that insurance policy locking down their side of the board, Bartolomé del Presidio steps in as the dedicated sacrifice outlet to continuously recycle your undying creature. Because Blightbeetle strictly forbids opponents from receiving +1/+1 counters, the undying creature is stripped of the very penalty that usually prevents it from returning time and time again.
