How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the persist creature.
2. When the persist creature dies, it and Tresserhorn's Lord trigger.
3. Resolve the Tresserhorn's Lord trigger, causing you to draw a card.
4. Resolve the persist creature's trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. When the persist creature enters the battlefield, Olivia triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the persist creature and causing you to discard a card.
6. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
7. Repeat.

This loop uses Bartolomé del Presidio as a sac outlet to feed a persist creature back into the graveyard, where its return triggers a cascade of value. As that persist creature re-enters the battlefield, Olivia, Mobilized for War allows you to discard a card and cancel out its -1/-1 counter by placing a +1/+1 counter on it, turning it into a Vampire and resetting the whole cycle. Meanwhile, Tresserhorn's Lord, Returned sits passively on your board, watching the carnage and rewarding every single sacrifice by letting you draw a card.
