How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing another nonland creature you control.
2. When the creature dies, Beifong's Bounty Hunters triggers, earthbending a land you control.
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
4. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the earthbent land.
5. When the land dies, it and Scouring Swarm trigger.
6. Resolve the land's trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
7. Resolve the Scouring Swarm trigger, untapping it and creating a creature token.
8. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
9. Repeat.

This clever engine turns sacrifice outlets into a self-sustaining loop by weaponizing the unique mechanics of land-creatures. You use Bartolomé del Presidio to repeatedly consume your own creatures, which in turn triggers Beifong's Bounty Hunters to animate your lands into creatures in the first place. Once those earthbent lands hit the graveyard, they seamlessly return to the battlefield thanks to their own replacement effect, while simultaneously feeding Scouring Swarm to churn out an endless swarm of flying token copies.
