How it works

1. Activate Undercity Informer by paying 1 and sacrificing Narcomoeba.
2. When Narcomoeba dies, Mortuary and Pawn of Ulamog trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Narcomoeba on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Resolve the Pawn of Ulamog trigger, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
5. Resolve the Undercity Informer ability, causing you to put Narcomoeba into your graveyard from the top of your library.
6. Narcomoeba triggers, returning itself to the battlefield from your graveyard.
7. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
8. Repeat.

You begin by paying the activation cost of Undercity Informer, sacrificing Narcomoeba which triggers both Mortuary and Pawn of Ulamog. Mortuary instantly tucks Narcomoeba neatly onto the top of your library just in time for the Informer's mill effect to reveal and drop it right back into the graveyard. That graveyard entry triggers Narcomoeba's own ability to leap straight back onto the battlefield, while Pawn of Ulamog provides an Eldrazi Spawn token along the way to fund the next activation of Undercity Informer.
