How it works

1. Activate Sanguine Spy by paying 1 and sacrificing Narcomoeba.
2. When Narcomoeba dies, Mortuary and Pawn of Ulamog trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Narcomoeba on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Resolve the Pawn of Ulamog trigger, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
5. Resolve the Sanguine Spy ability, causing you to put Narcomoeba into your graveyard from the top of your library.
6. Narcomoeba triggers, returning itself to the battlefield from your graveyard.
7. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
8. Repeat.

This clever loop sets up an endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth by turning Sanguine Spy into a repeatable engine that feeds on its own components. When you sacrifice Narcomoeba to the Spy, Pawn of Ulamog generates an Eldrazi Spawn token to help fund the activation cost, while Mortuary instantly recycles the Narcomoeba right back to the top of your library. Sanguine Spy's surveil ability then draws that exact Narcomoeba into your graveyard, triggering its ability to return directly to the battlefield ready to be sacrificed all over again.
