How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Narcomoeba.
2. When Narcomoeba dies, Selhoff Occultist and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Narcomoeba from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Selhoff Occultist trigger, causing you to mill Narcomoeba from the top of your library.
5. Narcomoeba triggers, putting it from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
6. Resolve the Phantom Train ability from step 1
7. Repeat.

This loop transforms your library into a self-sustaining engine by turning the graveyard into a revolving door. By sacrificing Narcomoeba to Phantom Train, you trigger Selhoff Occultist to mill a card while Mortuary intercepts the creature to place it right back on top of your library. This immediate mill hits Narcomoeba, whose native ability triggers to return it directly to the battlefield, ready to be sacrificed all over again. Each iteration feeds the Vehicle with permanent +1/+1 counters while generating an endless stream of sacrifice, death, and entry triggers.
