How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cult Conscript, adding .
2. When Cult Conscript dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.

4. When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Activate Cult Conscript by paying 1, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard.
6. Repeat.
