How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 2.
2. Activate Nimbleclaw Adept by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter and the mana-producing permanent.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Justiciar's Portal without paying its mana cost.
4. Resolve Justiciar's Portal, blinking Nimbleclaw Adept.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop centers around Isochron Scepter imprinted with Justiciar's Portal, allowing you to repeatedly blink Nimbleclaw Adept for a small mana investment.
