How it works

1. Activate Imagecrafter by tapping it,, causing Magmaw to become a Pirate until end of turn.
2. Activate Magmaw by paying 1 and sacrificing another nonland permanent, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
3. Malcolm triggers, creating two Treasure tokens.
4. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns Magmaw into a lethal cannon by leveraging Imagecrafter to temporarily grant it the Pirate creature type, allowing it to trigger Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator whenever its damage-dealing ability resolves. Because Exalted Sunborn doubles every token creation event under your control, sacrificing a nonland permanent to fuel Magmaw's activation generates two Treasure tokens instead of one—more than enough mana to sustain the loop indefinitely. By continually sacrificing these Treasures to pay for Magmaw, you convert your permanent base into an endless stream of damage that closes out the game on the spot.
