How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding CC.
2. Eternal Scourge is exiled instead of being put into your graveyard due to Rest in Peace.
3. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying 3.
4. The Thirteenth Doctor's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler.
5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant loop relies on casting a creature repeatedly from exile to trigger a cascade of mana and counters, all fueled by the versatile mana generation of Ashnod's Altar.
